About the Role
As a Graduate Project Engineer, you will support the project management team in developing execution strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary project planning activities, and delivering on assigned project objectives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects meet ExxonMobil’s standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
For lower-complexity projects, you may take ownership of the full execution cycle, managing the project from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Support project execution planning and deliverable development across multiple disciplines

Coordinate and drive timely review completion, resolution of technical queries, and necessary project actions

Apply Contracting and Execution Planning processes, ensuring early engagement with technical functions
-
Monitor project progress and report performance against established schedules
-
Evaluate contractor planning, execution, and control systems; drive improvement initiatives where necessary
-
Identify project issues and steward solutions to resolution
-
Participate in internal project reviews and strategic planning workshops
-
Develop and implement Project Plans, Safety Plans, and Contracting/Procurement strategies

Manage transitions between project stages (Pre-Gate 2 to Closeout) in compliance with ExxonMobil standards
About You – Skills & Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-
0–3 years of experience in project management, execution, or facilities/production engineering
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to relocate based on project requirements
Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
