Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, articulate, and customer-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service to patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and professionally respond to customer inquiries

Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately

Provide clear and precise information regarding our radiology services

Record and update all call-related information in the internal system
Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field

1 – 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
