Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 per month
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Candidates who live close to Abule Egba are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement

Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.

Build strong relationships with retailers, block makers, cement distributors, and end-users.
Issue Resolution
-
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively and ensure follow-up.
Product Knowledge
-
Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product and service offerings.

Stay updated on industry developments to provide accurate, insightful support.
Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and efficiency.

Collaborate with the team to implement improvements that boost customer satisfaction.
Communication & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Share customer feedback and trends with internal teams for service enhancement.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

1 – 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role (construction/building materials experience is a plus).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
