Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 per month


Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Candidates who live close to Abule Egba are strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, block makers, cement distributors, and end-users.

Issue Resolution

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively and ensure follow-up.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product and service offerings.

  • Stay updated on industry developments to provide accurate, insightful support.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the team to implement improvements that boost customer satisfaction.

Communication & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

  • Share customer feedback and trends with internal teams for service enhancement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

  • 1 – 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role (construction/building materials experience is a plus).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Applicants must reside near or within Abule Egba.
