Job Overview:
Mirage Model Management is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Chat Support Representatives to join our remote customer support team. As a key player in our customer service operations, you’ll respond to live chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This is a performance-driven role with opportunities for long-term growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, helpful, and professional assistance to customer inquiries via chat

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Work collaboratively with the support team to solve complex issues

Maintain consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications

Commit to a full-time schedule (8–12 hours per day, 7 days a week)
