Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikate, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lekki. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, book selections, orders, returns, and product recommendations. A passion for books and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media regarding product availability, orders, and store policies

Assist customers in choosing books (new and used) tailored to their interests

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services

Help maintain merchandise displays and ensure inventory is current

Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma; some college education is a plus

At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or bookstore setting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with inventory management tools and software

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

A genuine interest in books and literature is highly desirable
