We Are Hiring:
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering accurate and detailed information on our logistics services.

  • Track and monitor shipments to provide clients and internal teams with timely updates.

  • Handle order processing, packaging, and shipping with precision and efficiency.

  • Inspect items for quality and report any defects or discrepancies.

  • Maintain thorough and organized records of all customer interactions and sales processes.

  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (BSc/HND) in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences or Business Administration.

  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience in customer service or a related role.

  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 per month
